This house originally used to be a church. The Sukum Thai Catholic Church was originally built in 1907. Over the years, the church became a hospital and eventually a suite. The hospital can currently be converted into a suite if necessary. In 2012, the church got a major makeover.
The church was renovated and also extended. It now features a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a dining room / cinema and a guest bed room. The property also includes a sauna, a massage room, a TV room and a wine cellar.
The winning design was the project of Sanmatic Architects and it was led by Sanmatic Bhongsatham. In 2012 the building was completely renovated. It now has a contemporary décor and invites you inside. The residence is situated at the foot of Kilimanjaro mountains in Simi Valley, Thailand.
You will definitely enjoy the new design. Also you will be able to have a close shower and take a walk in the rain with a beautiful view. The architects decided to create a peaceful ambiance. They wanted to transform this space into a home, a place that will feel close to the nature and that will be a part of it. The sauna, the pool and the entertainment room are adjacent to the space.
