French Architecton have created a stunning renovation of this church.
Located in the suburb of Birmingham, England, the project consists of a total turn-over of the two-storey building into a single family home.
The Foyle family that commissioned DC1 Architects to take on this project in 2010 said they wanted this renovation to be carefully executed and they had a list of requests from the client which included a three-book Tudor-style home with an imposing stone exterior, a prayer room and a garage.
This 30,000 square foot project is unique in its structure, incorporating several structures made of or timber and steel, including an intrusion by a train.
